EVO Hosteria Trastevere

This isn't your cookie cutter Italian eatery. There is a chef here, who has something interesting to express, and a fine dining atmosphere without being over pretentious. Highly recommended.

If you’re staying in Trastevere and you’re interested in good food, you should without a doubt dine at EVO Hosteria Trastevere. The papardella ripieno is immensely delicious and the cheesecake also delicious.

My first meal in Italy left a great impression. We ordered the Burrata with tomato and basil, Cacio e Pepe, Carbonara with Black Truffle, a glass of red wine, and shared the Tiramisu. Everything was delicious and nicely presented. The service was attentive and friendly. If you're in Trastevere, I definitely recommend trying this restaurant if you're looking for authentic Roman pasta dishes.

OMG finally real Italian food!!! We spent a few days in Rome and we were discouraged with the “Italian” food options around our hotel. I am so glad we asked two UBER drivers for suggestions. Wow!!! What an amazing meal and the service was so friendly, felt like I was home on Sunday for a family lunch. The food was Devine and the presentation amazing. I so wish we had another night in Rome, we would return again. We will be back. Don’t think twice, book a reservation for a memorable meal when in Rome. Thank you! Grazie!

Just shy outside of the main square of Trastevere lies this jewel of a restaurant. We went here after coming downhill from Janiculum hill and it was such a nice surprise to experience such amazing food and fantastic service. It was the first place we had experienced here that felt like a legitimate italian eatery. Highly recommend you try this place!

In Rome for 7 days had dinner at Evo 3 times,quality 10/10, hospitality was excellent. When in Trastevere you must try but be prepared to book in advance cause the word it’s out the food is fresh not precooked.Thank you very much for your great hospitality.
